It’s time for your favorite Scavenger Hunt!! Well…kind of. Part shop hop part scavenger hunt but no fees and you have all Summer to play! Simply visit any of the participating shops across the nation, Canada and Europe and receive a free pattern for a row in a quilt. Combine your rows in any way to create a unique quilt that represents the fun you had traveling throughout the summer. Travel with friends, discover new quilt shops and have fun collecting rows!

The 2017 theme is Row by Row On The Go, and each participating shop is working with this theme into their row. The Modern Sewist row was designed by artist and quilter, Janine Ward, and depicts a colorful pod of dolphins On the Go all using Gorgeous Grunge fabric by Moda! The pattern technique is simple fusible applique. Fabric kits and pattern are available in store. Our pattern is a complimentary gift to shop visitors between June21 – Sept. 5. Limit one per person. Come by, pick up a pattern, have a cup of coffee and Join Our Pod!

Travel and collect row patterns between June 21 – Sept 5, 2017

Create a quilt using at least 8 different 2017 rows from 8 different 2017 participating RxR shops and be the first to bring it into a participating shop to win a stack of 25 fat quarters (6-1/4 yards of fabric!). Use that shop’s row in your quilt and win a bonus prize!

If you were unable to make it to our store between June 21 – Sept 5, 2017 the pattern and kits will be available for online ordering beginning November 1, 2017. The row pattern and kits will be available for purchase on our website or by phone.
